He is a former Associate Broker with RE/Max Greater Atlanta Affiliates in Roswell , GA and is also the qualifying broker for, John Adams Realty, Inc. John was founder and producer of one of the nations first televised Real Estate sales program and strongly believes in the benefits of utilizing current technology to promote sales and marketing. In addition to founding and producing the first nationwide Real Estate TV Show, "RealaVision ", John has written many investment articles for local and national investor magazines and has been a motivational guest speaker for many of those organizations. John specializes in residential, commercial, land sales, marketing as well as development. John enjoys working with investors and developers and has a vast working knowledge and background in the Real Estate, construction and development industry. John is an REO and Hedgefund specialist, as well as Trade/Swap home specialist. John holds Real Estate brokers licenses in Georgia , Tennessee , and North Carolina . He has developed and custom built over 150 homes and renovated hundreds of homes, commercial buildings, and apartments/condos over his 24-year career in Real Estate .

Barbara began her Real Estate career in 1985 and has been actively licensed since that time. She is a graduate of the Georgia Real Estate Institute and is also a Certified Relocation Consultant. Barbara has won many awards that include Top Office Agent and was included in the Top 25 Sales agents for the State of Georgia for first quarter 2003, 2004, and 2005. She has been a recipient of the Bronze and Gold Sales Awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and a recipient of the Hall of Fame Award, which is one of the highest categories recognized for accomplished earnings within the Real Estate industry.. Barbara currently holds broker licenses in Georgia and Tennessee . She owns and operates John Adams Realty, Inc., AmeriKey Realty, LLC in two states and was previously an associate broker with Re/Max Greater Atlanta with 10 offices within the Atlanta metro area. Barbara is currently an associate broker for Realty Executives of Atlanta. Barbara was a co-founder of RealaVision, one of the nation's first televised Real Estate Shows with her husband, John.
